Collection/Delivery
Charges on new purchases are as follows:
We offer a collection and delivery service to anyone that requires it, from small parts to electric bikes where possible. All electric bikes collected must be put into a box ahead of collection time, any electric bikes not in a box will not be collected.
All our deliveries are handled by our dedicated logistics partner Easy2Go Logistics

Warranties
All new electric bike, conversion kit and electric scooter purchases come with a 2 year warranty on the motor, 2 years on the battery and 3 years on the frame. Warranty for the battery is restricted to 1000 charge cycles with a residual life of up to 80%.
Excluded from warranty are damages caused by inappropriate use. This regards especially the use of a Pedelec bike in an over-strain manner through jumps or any alteration of the original battery system. If possible, give short charges every 5 to 10 weeks.
All warranties are with us in store, saving you the hassle of dealing with manufacturers. Except otherwise stated.

We offer you the ability pre-order any product that is currently out of stock or new to the market, guaranteeing that you get what you want as soon as it’s available.

Trade-Ins
If you're looking to upgrade from your old Easy Motion e-bike, we can help out, pending an inspection of your old e-bike's quality we can offer a discount off a new electric bike purchase. Bring your e-bike and charger in for inspection and we'll give you a quote on its trade-in value.
